Dancing on the Great Wall of China

The Great Wall is probably the first thing that people think of when they think of China. Now, not only do you have a chance to see this Wonder of the World up close and personal, you can even dance right on the Great Wall of China! Buses will be waiting to take us right from Beijing’s city center to the foot of the Great Wall where we will spend a day hiking and dancing on the wall itself.

Time: 10.00 am - 6.30 pm
Location: The buses will leave from the parking lot in front of the Agricultural Exhibition Center.
Closest Subway: Agricultural Exhibition Center (Line 10)

Lao Beijing Style Dinner

"Lao" in Chinese means "old" (try and find out what "laowai" means while you’re here). You could probably guess then that "Lao Beijing" means "Old Beijing", the typical style of cooking here in China’s capital. Here, you’ll be able to try some of the most traditional local dishes Beijing has to offer with hearty portions for everyone, including vegetarians.

Time: 6.30 - 7.30 pm
Location: Bei Ping Lou Restaurant (buses will go straight to the restaurant from the Great Wall. Map »)

Bal & Blues Night

For the last night of the event we prepared something special. The night will start off with the up-beat quick tempos of Gypsy Jazz played by Beijing’s one and only No Name Trio. Later, these fast tempos will be toned down, along with the lights, for a mellow, bluesy feel.
Guys, don't forget to put on your best tie and girls your fancy gowns and high heels!

Time: 9.00 pm - late
Location: Le Za Zou (Map »)
Address: Sanlutun Village
Closest Subway: Tuanjiehu
Door Price: 70 RMB
