Chinese Dumplings Dinner

This year we would like introduce our guests to another Chinese specialty – dumplings or jiaozi. Jiaozi are typical Chinese dumplings that come with a variety of delicious fillings, both with meat and without!

Jiaozi are eaten everywhere in northern China and are one of the major dishes eaten during Chinese New Year. Because they look like golden ingots (yuan bao), a form of money used in the past, serving them at the beginning of the year brings the promise of wealth, good luck and prosperity!
